Every year, I look forward to my annual sessions with Santa, and I can’t believe this was our fifth year!
This session completed “Baby’s First Year” with this family’s second child, round out 8 total sessions together and celebrating their daughter’s first birthday!
At our house, the holidays just aren’t complete without…cookies! In fact, since the boys were young, I’ve realized that the entire week leading up to Christmas is just one continuous sugar high! My dear friend and DC area jewelry designer is the owner of Love Lori Michelle. She is incredibly talented and creative- I just love to support her!

The setting for this sunny outdoor session couldn’t have been more pretty, and I just loved everything about the time I spent with this repeat family. From the way the family just relaxed and enjoyed each other to the beautiful Colorado scenery (the natural plants and grasses, sunny skies, blue water…), it all just came […]
This was my first-time meeting with this beautiful family at their lovely home in Virginia. They haven’t had many professional photos taken together, and none since their daughter was born. It was an honor to document their family this fall and capture some memories with them. After our walk, we made our way to the […]
If you’re looking for me this winter, you can find me in the kitchen! Of course, I still love to venture out for the occasional snowy session in the mountains (there’s seriously nothing more magical!), but I also enjoy spending time with my family whipping up some tasty, cozy recipes. So, here I’ve gathered up some of the recipes I just can’t wait to try this year.
