In December, I met this beautiful bunch for a winter family session near their home in Morrison, Colorado. They live in the foothills and their property has access to some scenic red rocks space – perfect for hiking, exploring, and of course – taking photos!

When this sweet pair eloped this winter, they had been together for five incredible years. They decided on a destination elopement at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs as they wanted something different from the warm climate they’re accustomed to in Bradenton, Florida.

As a small business owner myself, I understand that when you support a small, local business, you’re supporting a dream. So, I like to find opportunities each year, particularly during the holiday season, to pay it forward. When you start your shopping on […]

Capturing moments with families as they welcome a little one into the world and then seeing that same child grow and change is such a pleasure! I can’t believe it was just a year ago when I met with this sweet family for a newborn session at their home. This time, we celebrated little man’s […]

The Colorado Rockies tend to have their own weather and seasons, particularly in the winter months. They are also a pretty common destination for weddings, with winter providing one of the most gorgeous backdrops. Among the lightly powdered mountains and evergreens, at Lookout Mountain near Boettcher Mansion, I was able to capture all of the […]

I love these types of sessions (and you’ll see some featured here!) But they aren’t always a guarantee, and there are lots of wonderful winter options, even if you don’t love […]
