This beautiful couple made the trip to Colorado from the Cornhusker State of Nebraska, where the groom spends his days working as a farmer. The pair first met at a bar and while the bride wasn’t interested at first, a little persistence through Snapchat paid off and led to a five year long relationship.
I woke up at 2:15 am for my earliest wedding to date and met the couple in Dillon, Colorado for their sunrise wedding. All the preparations started at 4:00 am with their specialty, whipped coffee (which I initially thought was brownie mix!) – the perfect boost that everyone needed after getting an early start!
Once the couple was dressed and ready, they met each other for a sweet “first look” where they spent some quiet, quality time together. We also captured some photos of just the bride and groom before walking to the lookout point for their ceremony.
The intimate sunrise ceremony was officiated by Dan Gustad and included some extra special moments with the couple’s three-year-old son. The couple said their vows with close family and friends in attendance and Sapphire Point provided the perfect breathtaking backdrop for all to enjoy.
It was also a pleasure working alongside another talented vendor as Brandon Baxley provided the videography for this special day.
