From the moment you discover you’re expecting a little bundle of joy, that first year can fly by in the blink of an eye. With milestone sessions, we’re able to capture your growing baby bump, your sweet, squishy faced newborn, a wiggly and smiley six month infant, and finally celebrate your little one’s very first birthday.
I recently captured this family’s seventh session, within their second milestone package we’ve created together – the first one as they welcomed a baby boy into the world, and now again with their sweet baby girl. I’ve been lucky enough to witness some incredible moments with these two parents (and now two children) over the last few years. I’m so excited to be able to join the fun as this family of four celebrates this adorable little girl’s first birthday later this year.
Maternity Milestone Session
During this first milestone session, we’ll capture that soon-to-be mama glow and baby bump at the peak of your pregnancy. We’ll make sure we work together to determine The Best Time to Take Maternity Photos, so you’ll be showing but not incredibly uncomfortable during your session.

Lifestyle Newborn Milestone Session
A couple weeks after baby’s arrival, we will meet for a lifestyle session in the comfort of your own home. This allows for you and your little bundle to snuggle up close without any concern for the outdoor elements. During this session, we will capture those first moments of you with your new family, tiny fingers and toes, and maybe even snap some photos of baby’s nursery.

Six Month Milestone Session
At six months, your child is starting to interact a bit with the world around them. They’re likely sitting up – either unassisted and cross-legged or peeking up at you on their tummy, smiling at familiar people, and comfortable enough with traveling, so we can schedule our session at a scenic outdoor location.

First Birthday Milestone Session
As your little one approaches their first birthday, we’ll schedule our final session of the milestone package. You might decide on a lifestyle session with a small party or smash cake, or opt for a second outdoor session to run and play (if your kiddo is walking). What better way to celebrate your first trip around the sun together!
