This couple’s friends and family had waited quite some time for them to get married. This sweet pair first met as neighbors in elementary school and for so many years, they played with (and bothered!) each other. They didn’t even like each other romantically until they reunited and reconnected after college. From there, an amazing relationship blossomed! Over the course of eight years, they dated and worked hard to get their relationship where it is today. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to capture all the moments from their summer wedding!
The bride and groom chose The Cliff House at Pikes Peak in Manitou Springs for an intimate ceremony and cocktail hour with their closest family members and friends.
From there, we shot some photos of the bride, groom, and their families at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. The weather turned windy and stormy on us, but the couple stayed upbeat and high spirited despite the conditions, always with beautiful smiles on their faces.
The couple’s families were sure to shower the newlyweds with lots of love and bubbles as they celebrated the beautiful beginning of their lives together!
