At long last, here is the full post from Christine and Eric’s beautiful wedding in Northern Virgina, at the Landsdowne Resort! The blog has been a bit lacking in the last week, but its all for a good cause! I spent the past week in Maine working on a volunteer project, and there will be more to come from that later, but hopefully the images of Christine and Eric’s happy faces will make up for the long gap!

Christine is a character, and if I could only post all the photos of her and her animated faces I would, but you would be here all day! These two really knew how to party, and so did their friends! I am so thrilled I got to be a part of their day….they had me wanting to get out on the dance floor and party too! Congrats Christine and Eric!!

LaKaye Mbah: Lovely location & I love your B&W processing!

Maggie Rife: Nice cake cutting shot! Really like the composition on the bride in b&w shot through the arm.

Paul Rowland: I love the orange tones in your images. Fantastic job.

Brittany: I think these turned out spectacular! What a fun looking couple and a great day :)

Jen Smith: Beautiful work; the couple oozes joy!! Your timing is impeccable -- great job capturing so many poignant and happy moments.

Leah Kua: Look at the joy on their faces!! You truly captured what the day was all about.

Eric Yerke: Great coverage. You got it all. Details, moments, portraits. Lovely work

Laurie Peacock: Looks like a very fun wedding. The cake shots are cute.

Shella: They look very happy :) Lovely!

gabe aceves: erin- you rocked it. these are really beautiful. no doubt they will cherish them.

Chantal: And.... I'm really digging your ring shots! Cute ideas!

Douglas Pettway: Erin, these look great. that's a gorgeous dress and I'm especially diggin' the rings shots.

Jane @ the Borrowed Abode: As always, love the photos - but especially the one with the rings on the heel of the upside-down shoe! Never seen a shot like that before :)

Jenna and Brian are a super fun loving spunky couple, and so when they said they wanted to do a workout themed engagement session I was all about it! These two met at the gym and workout together all the time, so they wanted to show that part of their lifestyle while getting a part of DC in the picture too! We got some really fun shots, and a bit of a workout too, traipsing all across the National Mall for the sake of photos. I can’t wait for their August wedding!

Strike a pose!

Girls LOVE when a guy can give her a piggy back ride…

I think Brian is saying, ‘Yea, I got this..”

Some stretches turn into a friendly game of tug of war!

Time to jump rope!

Show off those running kicks!

New super favorite shot!!!

Thanks Brian and Jenna, your engagement session was a blast!

Stef Samford: Jenna and Brian are adorable! These photos kept me smiling!!

Ally Browning: I love the photos, especially the ones around the Washington Monument. Jenna I know you will make a beautiful bride. You two look so happy and I wish you both a blissful and prosperous marriage.

greg k: Jenna, you look great, as usual! Brian, "The CIA got you pushing too many pencils? Huh?" Hit the gym... Can't wait for 8/8...see you then!

Emily Porter: What a FUN idea for an engagement session!! They look very happy (and healthy!), and you captured some awesome shots. I love the shot of them on the tree and the shots of them being silly with the flag in the background.

AJ: I really love these! So much better than boring portraits.

Luis Godinez: They have matching running shoes, that's cute. They seem so natural & carefree in their workout clothes that it shows in the pictures. Great images :)

(Yes, Brian, Jenny knows her uncle is a true Realtor.) Looking forward to seeing you two lovebirds! Love, Uncle Bob, Aunt Joycie, Cousins Amanda & Robert 772-567-3887

Leo Druker: Awesome and unique idea, Erin. I love themed shoots like this, especially when the theme is something the couple enjoy together, which in this case works out perfectly! Oh, and I love the series with the flags in the background - gorgeous work!

Two weekends ago Christine and Eric were troopers and braved a 95 degree hot and humid day in order to exchange vows and celebrate their marriage and their families coming together.  There will be more to come, but here’s a few sneak peaks from their big day at the Landsdowne Resort in Ashburn, VA!

Christine had gorgeous everything…gorgeous rings, gorgeous dress, and gorgeous SHOES!

And she was so excited about her ‘I Do’ soles!
