Jenna and Brian are from the DC area, but with family from all over the place and no particular tie to having a DC wedding, they opted to peace out and head up to the quiet and peaceful hills of Pennsylvania to exchange vows at the beautiful Bedford Springs Resort. With an intimate group of about 50 guests, they signed a Ketubah, said ‘I do’ and partied with friends and family! Here’s some of the highlights!

First, the bling!

Mom gave the dress a try, and then dad stepped in. Love his face here; ‘so how does this work?’

The first look…

Brian is a man of many faces, and he was overwhelmed seeing Jenna for the first time as a bride:

Another one of Brian’s faces…not sure which this is, maybe, ‘Why are you taking my picture?’

Yea, Jenna is gorgeous:

Jenna and Brian wrote letters to their parents, and then read them aloud for each other, so sweet!

Did I mention gorgeous?

A-DOR-A-BLE

Jenna’s dad sang a song for the occasion, and brought up Jenna’s beautiful mother for the last verse:

I have no idea what is going on here:

Congrats Jenna and Brian!!

Rita and Imi’s wedding was quite the extravaganza. A friday night Mehndi at the Dupont Hotel (which I couldn’t even squeeze into this post) and an all day wedding the next day at the gorgeous historical Meridian House with 200 hundred some family and friends, 3 photographers (myself, Stefan and the amazing Leo Druker), two videographers and lots of dancing, food and FUN! I had a hard time even narrowing the post to the images you see below, but take a look and see this amazing wedding for yourself!! Oh and for more pictures from their wedding along with a surprise for any of you basketball fans out there, hop on over to Stefan’s Blog!

This is a city couple! Not phased by the fact that we were running a bit behind, we all stopped for a leisurely cup of Starbucks.

This cutie had a go to pose! These photos were about 2 hours apart but shes got the same cute grin in both, along with about 30 other images from this day!

I love how in Pakistani culture, your whole family walks you to the altar. It’s like having an entourage!

Such a gorgeous day for a gorgeous ceremony…

There are no words for those eyes, right?

I love the personal touches in the favors. Lavender Mint tea, Incense and Seeds from Mom’s Garden

The baklava (a fabulous cake substitute) was so enticing that a few people dug in early. Hence sign crafted below.

Thanks Rita and Imi!

Today I give you Maria and John. And all I have to say is that they showed up to their session saying they didn’t know what to do, didn’t know how to act or pose for pictures and were worried they would look too goofy or too serious and so on. Well, I say to them, you guys rocked it! And I think everyone else will agree with me. Now I know their wedding next month will be a breeze!

I love this first one, Maria has such a cute expression:

I love when my clients are willing to go the distance for the sake of a photo. I wasn’t going to ask them to sit down,

because even though you can see, there was a bunch of rough gravel, glass and who knows what else against that wall…

but Maria said, ‘Let’s sit!’ So I didn’t say no!

So sweet # 1

and so sweet # 2

This is one of my other favorite, they just look gorgeous in between the trees!

Leo Druker: Gorgeous set. I love that very last one among the trees. Outstanding job, Erin :)

ash: well, I may be bais, but what a phenomenal couple. Awsome pics Erin. These pics are truly classic in nature but still modern. I like them a lot.

matt shumate: Love these Erin. It's so great when couples wear their emotions on their face so well. It's obvious they are so happy together. Great set! No doubt they love them.

Heather: Wow! I love them!! The shot by the yellow wall is my favorite, and the one of him kneeling by her next to the wooden fence is my second favorite. Amazing!

Paul Rowland: Love this set of images. Those monochrome images are awesome!

Before I get to complete posts, I have another preview to show you from the two-day wedding extravaganza of Rita and Imi.
