So I have to start by saying that Jacque and Matt are quite possibly the nicest couple ever! Luigi and I had a ton of fun romping around with Jacque and Matt and their menagerie of animals! They invited us to come to Jacque’s grandparents house where they spend their weekends with three horses (one miniature) a dog and three baby chicks! Their property is absolutely beautiful and backs directly up to a golf course. Needless to say we had plenty of backdrop to work with for their engagement session!

Jacque and Matt – We can’t wait for September!

For everyone who lives in DC, you all know that over all, its been a rather rainy past few weeks! The weekend before last, when it rained Friday, Saturday and POURED Sunday…Luigi and I had an engagement session with a really fun couple, Katharine and Kevin! They are both in the military, and it shows because neither of them were the least bit afraid to brave the rain for some shots outside! Despite the cover of umbrellas, we all got rather wet, but I think it proved worthwhile because we got some great shots!

But before venturing out into the rain, we played it safe for a bit inside the National Air and Space Museum, with Katharine and Kevin posing in front of planes and astronauts. You’d think Katharine had some modeling experience with the way she worked it all day, and of course it goes without saying she looks like a model! (Kevin you aren’t too shabby either!)

This was a shoot a group of us photographers did with a few models posing as a couple just for fun. This past Saturday was a perfect day to shoot, so we had a great time walking around Georgetown and trying out different spots.
